Padel Unlimited Membership – Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Description
The Padel Unlimited Membership (“Membership”) allows eligible members to play padel for a fixed fee of R499 per calendar month, subject to the limitations, booking rules, and fair usage conditions set out herein.

2. Purchase & Platform

  • The Membership is only available for purchase via Playtomic.

  • Memberships may be purchased exclusively on the 1st day of each calendar month.

  • No pro-rata, partial-month, or mid-month purchases are permitted.

3. Duration & Expiry

  • The Membership is valid strictly for the calendar month in which it is purchased.

  • It will automatically expire on the 1st day of the following month, regardless of usage.

  • The Membership does not auto-renew and must be repurchased each month.

  • No refunds, credits, or extensions will be granted for unused time.

4. Booking Rules

4.1 Advance Booking Window Members may book courts up to five (5) days in advance, subject to availability.
4.2 Daily Booking Limit Members are limited to one (1) booking per day.
4.3 Active Booking Limit Members may hold only one (1) active booking at any given time. A new booking may only be made once the existing booking has been completed or cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy.
4.4 Subject to Availability All bookings are strictly subject to court availability and operational capacity. The Membership does not guarantee court access at any specific time.

5. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Bookings must be cancelled at least 12 (twelve) hours prior to the scheduled start time.

6. Fair Use & Abuse Prevention

  • The Membership is intended for personal, reasonable, and non-commercial use only.

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Booking courts without the intention to play

  • Allowing non-members to use the Membership in place of the registered member

  • Any activity deemed to unfairly limit access for other members

Management reserves the right to monitor usage patterns and enforce restrictions where abuse is suspected.

7. Non-Transferability & Identification

  • The Membership is strictly non-transferable and non-shareable.

  • Members may be required to present a valid form of identification (ID) upon arrival to verify that the booking corresponds with the registered account holder.

  • Failure to provide valid identification when requested may result in denial of access and/or suspension of the Membership without refund.

8. Suspension & Termination Management reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Membership, without refund, if:

  • These Terms & Conditions are breached

  • Misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity is detected

  • Conduct is deemed inappropriate or harmful to operations or other players

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Use of facilities is at the member’s own risk.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, the facility, its owners, and staff shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from use of the Membership or facilities.

10. Amendments
Management reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Membership constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
